This warming, fruity syrup is made to a traditional recipe containing wild elderberries, grated ginger root and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Elderberries have a wonderful reputation for boosting immunity and helping with coughs, colds, flu and chest infections.
Directions for use: Best taken as a hot drink, but also delicious drizzled on porridge or ice cream! We would recommend 10ml taken 2 - 3 times daily if you have symptoms of a cold, flu or chest infection or 10ml once daily for general winter support.
